Delivery & Returns


We aim to deliver your goods promptly unless we have agreed a longer period with you. In cases we will have to deliver within 15 days maximum of your order, as subject to stock being available, due to time factors of your order being processed, credit card authorisation, customs controls and other factors outside our control.

We cannot be responsible for any delivery problems that might arise if you have given us incomplete or incorrect address details.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.

All items are sent via Royal Mail and require a signature, please make sure somebody is authorized to sign for the goods at the destination. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for at work, for example an office address or reception desk that has been provided for delivery.

Orders under £300.00

Royal Mail Signed For Delivery - £10.00


International and World Wide:

Orders over £300.00

We hope very much you will enjoy your order, but if you changed your mind about a product you may return it to us within 21 days of receiving the purchase.
Items have to be returned in the same condition as you received them. Please handle all items with care when trying on and please ensure that you are not wearing jewelry that might get caught on the fabric, and make-up, perfume or deodorant as those may leave a scent or marks.
We will be unable to accept the return of any item where these instructions have not been followed.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any items which we deem unfit for resale.
Items have to be returned in their original packaging and boxes, including belts, any other accessories and the designer tags.
If you feel you have received an item that you think is faulty or damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt via email.

If in stock we can offer you a replacement item/s that will be sent to you on receipt of the original item/s being returned. Money refunds include the item value as stated on your invoice at the time of order but exclude delivery charges and any other charges related to delivery at the time of purchase.

Please use the refund form, which you will find on the back of you delivery letter in your package.

Returns within Uk and Europe are FREE of charge.
Please use the provided postage sticker that has been sent to you within your package and take it to the post office. We are not able to assist any further if you have lost the sticker since receipt of the package. You will have to return the goods at your own cost and responsibility.

International returns from outside the EU

Please note that the return of goods is your responsibility as a customer until they reach us. For your own protection we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that is tracked and signed for and might also include insurance. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

We might have to change these terms from time to time and recommend you return to them frequently.
